PAYMENT POLICY

PRE-ORDER
Customers must pay on the given deadline. A grace period of three days will be applied. Failure to pay after the three-day grace period will result to automatic cancellation of order.

COD payment method is not allowed for pre-orders.

We may allow customers to pay for the pre-ordered products upon arrival in Makati or Mandaluyong as long as the products for the group order are not sold out.

ON HAND
Customers must pay within three days upon successful placing of the order. Failure to pay within three days will result to automatic cancellation of order.
This policy will not be applied to COD payment.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT
Customers who are paying on installment basis must pay on their due date. A grace period of three days will be applied. Failure to pay after the three-day grace period will be charged Php 300 as a penalty fee.

 

PAYPAL BUYER PROTECTION
