CASH ON DELIVERY

To lessen your worries and to make payments more convenient for you, we have made Cash on Delivery (COD) possible!

Customers can only choose Grab Express, GOGO Xpress, or LBC as mode of delivery option for COD payments.

You may choose Want It K-Pop PH's COD mode of payment ONLY for ON-HAND ITEMS.

 

GRAB EXPRESS COD (METRO MANILA)

Applies to Metro Manila deliveries only. Some parts of Rizal and Cavite may use this option as well as long as the area is serviced by Grab.

Pay via Grab Express COD by following these steps:

1. Upon check out, choose Grab (Shipping mode for Metro Manila COD; Payment on delivery) as your mode of delivery. Take note that delivery fee is not free. We included the information in the parenthesis to avoid confusion.

 

2. Choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your mode of payment. As seen in the photo, COD payment is only accepted for check out of ON-HAND items.

 

3. After completion of your order, we will send you a message if your order is ready for delivery. The customer must prepare the payment of the item plus the shipping fee which will be paid upon arrival of the Grab Express rider. Order will be marked as Paid once the delivery is successful.

 

GOGO XPRESS COD (NATIONWIDE ON SERVICEABLE AREAS)

Applies to nationwide deliveries as long as GOGO Xpress delivers in your area. To confirm if your area is serviced by GOGO Xpress, click here.

Pay via GOGO Xpress COD by following these steps:

1. Upon check out, choose GOGO Xpress (Shipping mode for Nationwide COD; Payment on delivery) as your mode of delivery. Take note that delivery fee is not free. We included the information in the parenthesis to avoid confusion.

2. Choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your mode of payment. As seen in the photo, COD payment is only accepted for check out of ON-HAND items.

3. After completion of your order, we will book your delivery and we will send an email containing the booking details.

The customer must prepare the payment of the item plus the shipping fee which will be paid upon arrival of the GOGO Xpress rider. Order will be marked as Paid once the delivery is successful.

LBC COD (NATIONWIDE)

Applies to nationwide deliveries. If LBC does not deliver door-to-door in your area, your package will automatically be for branch pick-up.

Pay via LBC COD by following these steps:

1. Upon check out, choose LBC (Shipping mode for Nationwide COD; Payment upon Shipping Notice) as your mode of delivery. Take note that delivery fee is not free. We included the information in the parenthesis to avoid confusion.

2. Choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your mode of payment. As seen in the photo, COD payment is only accepted for check out of ON-HAND items.

3. After completion of your order, we will forward your package to LBC for shipping. We will then send the customer a shipping notice via email for the payment of the shipping fee.

The customer must prepare the payment of the item upon arrival of the LBC rider. Order will be marked as Paid once the delivery is successful.
